Buoyancy System : The pilot rotary evaporators, including the RE-20, RE-50, and RE-100, are equipped with an advanced Buoyancy System. This innovative system allows for effortless handling compared to conventional alternatives in the market. The motor unit is securely fixed with the shaft, enabling rotation at an approximate angle of 45⁰. Consequently, the rotating flask moves up and down in both directions, adapting to the contents within.
Sealing System : To achieve optimal distillation performance and ensure careful treatment of the product, a reliable and long-lasting sealing system is of utmost importance. AP Lab Solution are equipped with a mechanical sealing system that can effectively handle even high boiling solvents without any issues. The sealing system comprises chemically inert materials, including a special PTFE compound and borosilicate glass. Under empty conditions, the sealing system can reach an impressive ultimate vacuum value of better than 1 mbar.
Glass Parts : The glass parts of these rotary evaporators are meticulously crafted from high-quality borosilicate glass, ensuring exceptional precision. Every plane surface is carefully ground, guaranteeing an absolutely leak-proof system. The condenser can withstand a maximum water pressure below 2 bar.
