Featuring a two-stage construction, our diaphragm pumps combine high pumping speed with a low ultimate vacuum. The diaphragms and gas-contacting parts are made from materials like PTFE, PTFE compounds, and ceramic compounds. Proven PTFE sandwich diaphragms increase reliability and extend operating life. Additionally, the added pressure reduction facilitates nearly automatic distillation of gas mixtures without the need for fractionated operation.
