These diaphragm pumps are ideal for continuous and oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapors. Crafted with chemically resistant and eco-friendly materials, they can withstand aggressive solvents and acidic vapors, making them highly reliable in chemically rich environments.
What sets our diaphragm pumps apart is their remarkable performance compared to other pump types. Their unique design incorporates a high pumping chamber volume relative to minimal dead space, ensuring efficient operation. Additionally, the absence of abrasion eliminates most particulate impurities commonly found in other pump types, such as scroll or piston pumps.
With a two-stage construction, our diaphragm pumps offer an optimal combination of high pumping speed and low ultimate vacuum. The diaphragms and gas-contacting parts are meticulously crafted using PTFE, PTFE compounds, and ceramic compounds. The well-proven PTFE sandwich diaphragms increase reliability and extend the operating life of the pumps. These features contribute to more effective and reproducible vacuum processes.
